Paintings by Galla Abdel Fattah

Galla Abdel Fattah, born 1970 in Moscow, while she has Egyptian roots. She graduated from a Moscow School of Painting. An incredible mixture of Egyptian symbolism, adoration for beauty and body art (the main model of the artist – her sister Geba, a ballerina).

Galla’s parents are Egyptian, her father is a cinematographer, and her mother is a ballerina. While studying art, they decided to live and work in Russia. Their two daughters were born there: Galla and Geba. Two beautiful Egyptian women with Russian characters, as they first came to the ancestral homeland as adults.
