Marcin Mikolajczak is a contemporary Polish artist. He began his adventure with painting by creating realistic prints of London. Living in England and observing the life of the great city “from the inside”, he brilliantly showed the image of centuries-old monuments and monuments woven into the rhythm of everyday life.
A very important stage in Marcin Mikolajczak’s professional life has been the development of original, self-designed painting frames, which have been commissioned by galleries, museums and met the needs of individual collectors.
Experience in conservation work and numerous artistic experiments led to the development of his own unique painting technique, which the artist uses in his current work. The clear structure of the surface of his paintings, the specific way of applying individual layers of paint, the unusual application of colour and light, and his enthusiasm for the human being, for his emotions, are the hallmarks of Marcin Mikolajczak’s paintings, which cannot be mistaken for the works of any other artist.
