Chinese painter Liu Yaan, Shaanxi Xingping, was born in 1962. In 1987 he graduated from the PLA Academy of Art (People’s Liberation Army Academy of Art). He is currently a member of the China Artists Association in Hebei Tangshan Province, holding the position of President. Unfortunately, this is all from the information that I was able to find about this artist.
