Megan Duncanson is a self taught contemporary artist living out her dream of creating beautiful artwork in her studio at the remote location of Meyers Chuck, Alaska.

Megan draws inspiration from the many places she has lived throughout her life such as the secluded bush of Alaska and the tropical paradises of Hawaii and Florida. Inspiration from these places comes in many forms such as trees, boats, birds, vibrant sunsets, water, palm trees, cities, martinis; anything she sees around her can be used to it’s fullest extent to draw the viewer into each piece and provide them with an enriching and pleasurable experience. A highly prolific artist, she literally produces hundreds of paintings each year.
