Watercolor, also known as aquarelle, is a painting technique that utilizes pigments that are mixed with water to create a transparent, luminous effect. Watercolor paintings are created by applying the paint to a watercolor paper, which is specially designed to absorb the paint and prevent it from bleeding or warping the paper. Watercolor paintings are often characterized by their soft, dreamy quality and the way that the colors blend and bleed into one another.
Liu Yunsheng was born in Laizhou City (China), Shandong Province in 1937. He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Shandong University of Arts in 1963. He is now a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Sichuan Artists Association, and a national first-class artist. From 1963 until retirement, he was a researcher at the China Academy of Engineering Physics. After his retirement he devoted himself to watercolor paintings.

She was born in the center of Siberia, in the city of Krasnoyarsk in 1984. From early childhood, she wanted to be an artist, so as soon as she was 8 years old, her parents sent her to a children’s art school. She graduated after 5 years with honors.
