Originally from the city of Picos, in the state of Piauí, Brazil, Pauliram Costa is an artist who showed talent for art from an early age. He enjoyed drawing with pencil and creating his own images and scenes on paper. However, after facing unfavorable circumstances, Pauliram stopped painting, despite having won first place in a school art festival at the age of 13.
Thirty years went by, and during the pandemic in 2020, Pauliram had the opportunity to reconnect with his art. He discovered that, even after years without painting, he had evolved technically and decided to invest in his passion.
Pauliram became interested in the hyperrealistic style, which requires precise and detailed technique. He dedicated himself to refining his skills, perfecting every stroke and brush mark, until he began creating works of art that resemble photographs.
Now, Pauliram is preparing to bring his artwork to the public through art exhibitions. He believes that art is a unique form of expression, capable of conveying emotions and deep connections with people. For him, art is more than a skill—it is a passion that transcends generations.
Pauliram believes that by sharing his art with the world, he can inspire other artists to follow their dreams and dedicate themselves to their passion. His journey as an artist shows that it is never too late to return to a passion that was once set aside and that art can be a powerful form of healing and connection with others.
