Maia Siradze was born in 1971 in Georgia, now works and lives in the Netherlands. She was drawing since her childhood.
From the 9th grade she decided to continue her studies at the art technical school in the field of tapestry ( gobelin). During these years she created many interesting works and in 1990 she received an honors diploma.
Then she continued her studies at Tbilisi Art Academy. In 2001 she moved to Holland, where Maia has been living and working for more than 20 years, with her family, a husband and her daughter. Her works are distinguished by their expressiveness and color range. Drawing is equivalent to the therapy for her. Maia was saved by the power of drawing when she lost her dear mother and felt desperate.
